In ancient times, the inhabitants of Graciosa used this route to reach Lanzarote. We will start out from near to Ye, climbing down the Famara volcanic cliff to Risco Beach and, if possible, visiting the Salinas del Rio salt plains. On this beach, we will board an inflatable boat to visit the island of Graciosa, stopping at Montaņa Amarilla. If you wish, you will be able to snorkel or climb to the top of Montaņa Amarilla to see a fantastic view of the entire Chinijo Archipelago. We will sail back along El Río, where we will be able to enjoy an exceptional landscape until we reach the harbour of Orzola. Medium difficulty. It is advisable to take food and drink, sun block, a towel and a swimsuit (www.canarytrekking.com).
