Hope i'm not too late with info.
Before I went in sept to these apartments I tried the net to get info, could only find one comment and that was bad, should have known by this

Negative things about these apartments
If possible don't go there. book some place else. These apartments are tired (very tired) and badly need a face lift. Rooms are dark and beds and pillows are prehistoric. beds are only changed every couple of days. One bed was alive with bugs, no matter how often sheets were changed the bugs kept feasting on me, tried all sorts of local creams and potions none worked and I carried the blisters for some months afterwards. Rooms on left hand side of building face building site, (no work being carried on, site derelict) (No Roaches) If you are on this side of building make sure you close your doors at all times as there have been break ins during the day. This side is cooler during the day as it is in shade. Other side of building brighter and faces road but is crawling with cockroaches. Pool area ok, bar closes around 7pm and reopens sometimes again after midnight don't even think about restaurant??? in this area.. These apartments are part of a group on island and The Bittacora apts are also part of this group, they are nicer, but unless you are fit they have a hill climb to get to them.

Positive thing about apartments
nice pool area, some friendly staff particularly receptionist from south america, he has good english and is helpful also bar staff nice.
Apartments are central between old and new town.


Met people who thought apts were lovely ????? must be mad!!
