This is our first time in Lanzarote .
We have booked a week in February staying at the Hotel Timanfaya Palace .
Has anyone stayed there , and what is the weather like at that time of the year .

I have many friends who have stayed at the Timanfaya Palace and thoroughly enjoyed it, it is part of the H10 group of hotels and as a rule most of these offer a very good standard. You are literally a two minute walk from one of the nicest beaches in Playa Blanca and the promenade that will take you into town. As for the weather its mixed cloudy&sunny but warm(although last few days mainly sunny) I can verify this I live 1 mile from T Palace .I am sure you will have a great time and should you eat out I recommend the Romantica restaurant for fish and grilled meats, food and service is great (its upstairs above pizzeria near the central taxi rank).

Ditto!!! Stayed at H10 Rubicon Palace which was excellent standard. Walked past the Timanfaya on the promenade on the way to town. Looked great!! Enjoy your stay - I am sure you will!
