Just wondered if anyone can tell me about these apartments in Playa Blance. Have seen mixed reports about them. Going on 10th August and want to know what to expect.
Also how lon to walk into town and any recommendations on good restaurants to eat at.

Hi, We have just had 2 weeks at Sun Royal just along from Sun Beach, part of the same group so would guess about the same. Apatrments were fine, kitchen a bit too basic tho.... had to eat out most nights (shame!!) It's only a short walk to the beach, just turn left from Sun Beach, go along till you get to Netto on your left, cross straight over & theres a path which takes you between hotel car parks to the front.About 5 - 10 min walk. Playa Dorada beach is right there but gets very busy. Sun beds & umbrellas 2 euros 50 each for the day. If you go left you walk to the marina with restaurants & a few shops, right takes you along to the older harbour with all the usual shops, bars etc. Mollies bar is great. The main town runs parallel but if you want you can go right at nettos & walk along the main rd. its only about 15 mins with 2 children in tow. Playa Flamingo beach is a bit further along you need a car really or taxi but its better if you have children.Hope you have as fab a time as we did.
