FAO Will... and anyone else who can help!

Will... seeing as you're such a fan of Uga, I'm wondering if you can help. The following was posted on another site. Do you know the answer?

"...Can any clever person out there help me with a query. What is that circular hole in the ground in the village of Uga for? If you have not seen it make a point of looking out for it, very strange!!!"

Cheers!

Pass!! Dunno - only been into the actual village of Uga occaisionally and can't remember anything strange about it.

Usually just flying by on way from airport - or popping in to pick up a kilo of the gorgeous smoked salmon from the ahumedaria or having the meal of the holiday at Bodega!

You been yet?
