Welcome to Lanzarote Peter,
Near PDC you have El Fondeadero in the old town, but they have very strict registration periods and they only open during mornings. They also close during the summer.
You have also a study center in Tías named AKACENTER. They mainly prepared spanish for residents but they have some non-resident students. I usually go there and I notice my advence day by day. They use a lot of recorded lessons that you can carry home and hear during the day. They lessons from the mornings to the evening. They have also individual lessons.
Their webpage is www.akacenter.com
Now you can also get easilly to Tías with the recently opened bus service named (bus Tías). The bus stop is "Polideportivo". !30 min frequency all a record in Lanzarote!. You can also take a taxi (aprox. 3).
I hope this information were usefull.
I am danish.
