Hi all,
As far as I know: during the period that the Indian will be closed, Question will play at a bar/club called Golden Coner; that's right next to the casino! As far as I know they don't have a website, neither does the Indian :-(

Lorraine
When I was wearing the T-shirt, only German people talked to me (because of the T-shirt). Lorraine sounds like an English name, what's your nationality?

Rachel
You don't have to be technical at all to chat at lanzarote-webcam.com; just don't forget to reload / refresh. See you in March!

Deano
They don't play for 4 houres straight, it's more like 4 sets of 45-50 minutes. Watch out for "sing-a-longs" when they ask: only the woman, only the men, only the GAYS!!!

Hello Lanzaholics!

Lorraine:
I'm Dutch (Amsterdam).
Yes, Golden Corner (sorry, slip of the key-board)
I have a voucher for 100 Euro discount, so I may come earlier, but I don't know when exactly. Around X-mas & New Year is very expensive, even with the discount!

When you're a Lanzaholic and/or Lanzaddict there's no cure, but who cares!!!

I find it incredible that any holidaymakers could spend more than a night, two at most, watching Question. OK, they're decent enough, but play the same stuff night after night. The two guitarists are quality when banging out their gravelly "Whisky in the jar" type stuff - but the drummer or keyboard guy can't sing for toffee...their Losing my Religion attempt is particularly cringeworthy.

That said, still worth a listen and the drinks are reasonably priced at the Cafe.

Question aren't close to being the best band in Lanzarote now. I've seen "The Widge" play at Mulligan's on PdC's Strip a couple of times (plays there every night) and he's superb - kind of a quirky, rocky blues/country...if that's possible! And he's got a raft of excellent original material, not just covers. Only problem is that he's playing in one of the most expensive places to drink on the island.

Just returned from a nice holiday on Lanzarote.Use to go every year.
Ofcourse i went to see my favourite band"Question" they are still the best.
The three original members of the band are great!!!! I've been folowing them for many years now and i have about the same age as them. The newest member of "Question" don't give me much.Seems to me that he is to busy acting nice on the stageto make impression on the girls, and that way he don't hear all the wrong notes he play! or maybe it's normal for him!!
I can tell you at once" the guitar player is not professional".
A good musician wouldn't play so many wrong notes.
I've been professional musician for many years and i know for sure the difference. So i give you an advice"Get your feet back on the ground because you have to study music many years to get to the half of what the other three are good for.

Some people are selling shit for gold but remember"It's not to be good looking for beeing a good musician!!!!!!!!!!!

TO ALAN PYE!

Do you think it's nice of you to copy cds etc from "Question", and sell it to people??
Do you think it's faire bussines??
I don't think so,and i'm sure nither the"Question" think so.

To Ellis Empire!!!

I'm sorry for you that you don't understand anything of music.
If you did you would say that the base player the keybordist and the drummer really know how to sing and play, and the guitar player not.
He's only screaming not singing and he can't play, and cut his hair off and he's nobody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The most important thing is to be your self, not to put the mask on.
